Cottage Cheese Wraps

Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese (use low-fat or full-fat)
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp spices *your choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix eggs, almond flour, and cottage cheese in the blender
Add mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, checking every 10 minutes to ensure the flatbread is not burning
Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and peel away from the parchment paper.
