Fuel Well Turkey Meatballs
Savory dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
1 lb dark meat ground turkey
3 TBS chopped Italian parsley
1 large shallot; minced
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS Onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1 TBS grass-fed butter
1/4 cup pecan meal
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper; to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a sauce pan over medium heat, sauté shallots in extra virgin olive oil and butter until fragrant and translucent.
In a medium mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet, bake for 20- 25 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165°F.
