Basil Ricotta Turkey Balls

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped shallots
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup basil; finely chopped
1/2 cup parmesan; shredded
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a sauce pan over medium heat, sauté shallots in 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil until fragrant and translucent.
In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165°F.
