Chocolate Covered Almond Slivers
Chocolate covered almonds with a twist!

Ingredients:
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup high quality chocolate; melted (I like Hu)
Sea Salt; coarse
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 15 second intervals, mixing in between until fully melted.
In a small mixing bowl, place almond slivers and then pour chocolate over and coat thoroughly.
Evenly spread chelate and almond mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet and top with desired amount of coarse sea salt. Place in freezer for 25 minutes.
Once chocolate has hardened, break into small-bite size pieces.
