Vegan Keto Pesto

This simple and quick to make recipe can be used on top of pasta, chicken, tofu, in with eggs or soup. It’s amazing and won’t impact your insulin or blood sugar……I got ya Ketosis!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin garlic olive oil

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts

  • 1/2 cup Pecans

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 3 ounce package of fresh basil


Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor of blender.

  2. Blend to desired consistency
