Savory Rosemary Cashews

A family favorite in the Kirkpatrick home, this is our go to for a quick and healthy snack!

Cook Time: 15 min
Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups raw cashews

  • 3 TBS fresh or dried rosesmary

  • 2 TBS melted butter or olive oil

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. Mix fat and cashews in bowl

  3. Add in remaining ingredients, mixing well

  4. Roast for 8 min, making sure not to overcook

  5. ENJOY!
