Protein Powered Cookie Cream

This low carb keto friendly topping is a favorite with kids that need to get some extra fat and protein in a yummy healthier version of those store bought whip cream bottles

Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 TBS pure Vanilla extract

  • 1-2 TBS of powdered erythritol

  • 1 pint organic heavy whipping cream

  • 2 Quest peanut butter chocolate chip cookies


Instructions

  1. Add whipping cream to bowl and mix with either a hand mixer or use a stand alone mixer

  2. Cut quest cookies into small chunks

  3. Once peaks are formed, add in vanilla extract, erythritol and half the chunks (reserve the other half as a topping)

  4. Enjoy on top of pretty much anything you want made more awesome!
