Crispy Crunchy Chickpeas

Ingredients:
2 cans unsalted chickpeas
3 TBS extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Drain chickpeas in a colander, then transfer to a flat surface and dry thoroughly with a paper towel
Transfer chickpeas to bowl and mix in all ingredients
transfer peas to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, mixing every ten minutes in between. Most chickpeas should be crunchy when you take them out.
